These terms apply when you use intellnix.com or contact Intellnix (“we”) through our website, email, or our accounts on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram. By using them you accept these terms.

1. Our services

Intellnix designs and builds custom software, ERP and CRM systems, mobile apps, AI agents and automation, websites and e-commerce, and provides cloud, cybersecurity and IT consulting services for businesses.

2. Information, not offers

Content on this website and answers given in chats are general information. Indicative prices or timelines mentioned in a conversation are not binding. A project starts only with a written proposal or contract accepted by both parties; its terms prevail over these.

3. AI-assisted replies

Some replies to your messages are prepared with the help of AI assistants. We work to keep them accurate, but they may contain mistakes. Commitments on price, scope, deadlines or legal matters are valid only when confirmed in a written proposal, contract or invoice from Intellnix.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use our website or channels to send unlawful, offensive or misleading content, spam, malware, or to try to access our systems without permission. We may stop answering or block senders who do.

5. Intellectual property

The Intellnix name, logo and the content of this website belong to Intellnix. Ownership of software we build for a client is set in that client's contract.

6. Liability

The website and general information are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Intellnix is not liable for indirect losses arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
