Data deletion instructions

You can ask Intellnix to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time, including the messages, name and user ID we received when you contacted us on Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp.
How to ask
Send an email to administration@intellnix.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and tell us how you contacted us, for example:
- your email address or phone / WhatsApp number, or
- your Facebook or Instagram name or username.
You can also write “delete my data” to us in the same chat (Messenger, Instagram Direct or WhatsApp).
What happens next
- We confirm we received your request, and may ask one question to make sure the request comes from you.
- Within 30 days we delete your contact details, conversations and identifiers from our systems, and confirm by email or in the chat.
- We keep only what the law obliges us to keep (for example issued invoices), and only for the required period.
Deleting data on our side does not delete your messages from Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp themselves; you can manage those in each app's settings. More details: Privacy Policy.
